HYDRANGEA MURAL
Process
This project wasn’t a major learning experience for me; rather, it was one I genuinely enjoyed. I did learn one thing, though / I was reminded that chalk and paint don't mix, so I had to erase my stencil and then trust my gut to do what I had drawn. it wasn't the most peaceful thing to do, but I knew I could do it and not mess anything up with size or proportion. Megan had a great time flipping through my journal to select the flower that suited her best, and I appreciated her honest feedback, as I aimed to embed a story behind each design. She was pleased that I completed the project in under 12 hours, and I was grateful for her kindness in allowing me to arrange the workspace to ensure I felt comfortable while painting. This thoughtful gesture significantly contributed to my efficiency and overall enjoyment of the process.
